Notes |
- My parent's travelled around australia i've lost count of how many times, and mom was a great one for ... only leave footprints in the sand. As they had a poultry farm, mum hardly ever had a day off, and once a month would venture into Perth for a break, and would buy us kid's a small but valued present, eg. a small pkt of colouring in pencils....and for xmas a basketball, or a very much loved book. I still have a lot of book's that belonged to my grandmother and my mother.
I vaguely remember the christmas parties at Maddington Hall and all the paper streamer's, and the bridge near the orange grove primary school in flood, with our dad having to on some occasion's drive all the way around, as the bridge was under water.
