  He was by far the tallest member of the family, I would think about 6’. All of the rest of the males were between 5’8” and 5’10”. The women were a bit shorter. From photos I have seen he would have resembled his father more than the rest, most of the rest resembled their mother. He was a quiet sort of bloke who built tennis courts. He had a small farm.
