Notes - On 23 Mar 1833 advertised hardware for sale (P.G.); was mentioned in the 1837 census in the Perth District. In Nov 1840 he & his wife signed a petition of a Methodist Minister’s stipend. On 18 Nov 1840 was named for non-payment of location dues on Perth Lot N1. In Nov 1841 advertised carting anywhere in Perth.(I). On 26 Jul 1842 advertised for an apprentice.(I) On 1 Feb 1843 he sold his blacksmith’s business to Stephen ALLPIKE (I), & in Jan 1844 took over new premises (I). In Apr 1844 opened a tavern a West Perth. In May 1844 was elected to the Committee for the Foundation celebrations. In Jul 1844 his house in St George’s Terrace was taken over by Mr Lawson. Registered a Parkhurst lad in Nov 1845, & in Nov 1846 advertised saddle horses for hire. In May 1846 he commenced a blacksmith’s business at Guildford with R CRISP, on Hudson’s old property.
Advertised his house near Perth jetty to let in 1847 & Jan 1848 (I).
